Friday Reads: The Longevity Book

After two weeks of eating my way through Greece, I am definitely motivated to feel healthy again. Vacation is great and so important, but I missed my routine: yoga first thing in the AM, walking to and from work, pilates & yoga classes during the week, bike rides & hikes on the weekend. So I figured now was the perfect time to read Cameron Diaz’s The Longevity Book, which is a follow up to The Body Book. I really appreciate that this isn’t an anti-aging book, just a book about how to age well. As it turns out, the secret to aging well seems to be living well: plenty of rest, healthy eating, exercise & lack of stress. Doesn’t sound so hard, now does it?
