“If I’d known Bryan could tell stories this well, I would have had him writing episodes of Breaking Bad.”
– Vince Gilligan
When I started listening to the audiobook of Bryan Cranston’s biography, A Life in Parts, I wasn’t sure his life story would be interesting enough to hold my interest. I quickly discovered how wrong I was. Within the first chapter, I was captivated by Cranston’s writing style and completely hooked. If you’ve seen any of his movies or his ridiculously amazing performance in Breaking Bad, you’ll understand when I tell you that his capabilities as an actor come through in his narration. It feels like I’m sitting down with a friend over a drink and he’s telling me about all the crazy things he’s done. Even if you’ve never seen Cranston in anything (Not even Seinfeld? Really?), you’ll still enjoy this book.
