We’ve all heard that working out is supposed to make us feel better, but it’s only recently that I’ve actually started to believe it. I’ve had a rough couple of weeks and through it all two things have made me feel better: sweating it out at the gym and reading. (Also drinking wine.) This has been the best possible time for me to read Elizabeth Gilbert’s Big Magic. I needed this book right now and I’m so grateful to her for writing it. When life gets hard I think it’s important to do little things to make you happy. Reading this book has definitely helped.
