I’ve been making an effort to wake up a little earlier every day. Now that I’m getting used to less sleep, I’ve become a little greedy for that extra bit of time in the morning. So now I’m thinking of waking up even earlier. But nothing before 6am because that still seems crazy to me. I’m almost done reading Hal Elrod’s Miracle Morning, seen above with my coffee and oatmeal (with walnuts, flax & honey, in case you’re wondering), which is an inspiring book for anyone thinking they’d like to gain a little extra time in the day to do the things they love (e.g., meditation, exercise, reading, writing…). In addition to spending some time writing in the morning, I plan on getting back into the daily yoga routine I used to love many years ago.
