Friday Reads: You Couldn’t Ignore Me If You Tried

It’s pretty safe to say that I’m a huge John Hughes fan. I know every word of all the movies in the picture above off by heart. So when I saw the book You Couldn’t Ignore Me If You Tried: The Brat Pack, John Hughes, And Their Impact on a Generation by Susannah Gora, I knew I had to read it. I signed it out from the library but the chapter on The Breakfast Club was enough to make me want to buy a copy. It’s so nice to read a book that gives credit to John Hughes as a writer and director, and to his films that mean more to me (and to so many others) that I can even begin to explain.

What are you reading?
